Corteiz Returns & Exchanges: Love It or Return It!

Corteiz wants you to absolutely love your new clothes and accessories! But if something doesn't quite fit right or meet your expectations, we make returns a breeze!

30-Day Return Window

Enjoy the flexibility of returning your order within 30 days of receipt. This gives you ample time to try on your purchases and ensure they're the perfect fit.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Items must be unworn and unused, with all original tags still attached.
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required.
  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase for a smooth return process.

How to Return

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Team: Simply reach out to us at admin@crtxclothing.store and our friendly team will guide you through the return process.
  2. Get a Return Shipping Label: Our team will provide you with a return shipping label for your convenience. Important Note: Don't return any items without contacting us first! Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

We understand mistakes happen sometimes. If you receive an item that's damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving it. We'll promptly resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct item.

Some Exceptions Apply

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods, custom-made products, and personal care items. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also excluded from returns. If you're unsure about a specific item's return eligibility, feel free to contact us for clarification.

Exchanges for a Different Size, Color, or Style?

We recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for your desired selection. This ensures the fastest processing and delivery of your new item.

Special Note for EU Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without needing to provide a reason. The same return criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
